They resize but be mindful they never disclose how they resize rings. They do not tell you this but they will take your ring and give it back rather quickly but it is resized by inserting a cheaper unspecified material around the interior part of the whole ring (the part that rests around your finger). Then if you complain or tell them it is not done correctly, they will tell you they cannot refund you since it is now altered (essentially ruined). They also said refunds only apply to online purchases but they have no website to begin with so there is literally no disclosure of what they do to the rings upon resizing. We have to begin the process of jumping through hoops to get this item refunded through the credit card we used because they claimed all these things and sold us the ring and refused to refund and take their ring back. (you would think a store in the mall would be reputable, non fraudulent but I would be careful). We are having the ring evaluated and if the diamonds or gold are not what they claimed, we will be able to claim fraud easily and get the refund via the credit card route since the store refused to acknowledge that they charged us for a custom item up front that was never customized. We brought it home and when it was four sizes too big which was the original size when we looked at it, the receipt shows 1 custom item. So up front they charged us for work they never did. Then it got worse after they resized it. It still does not fit and we now have to take it to a reputable jeweler to see if the ring even is what they said it was and see if the reputable one can remove the junk they inserted on it.
