BBB Rating & Accreditation D+, THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED. I realize that "Arkenya Marian Mesha Manning" will not be doing the right thing in returning the deposit owed to me. TO DATE, SHE DID NOT PROVE DIFFERENT. 😡😡, I do NOT recommend this event hall. The event was June 24th, 2022, it is now JUNE 2023, and counting, 1 YEAR and still no refundable deposit that was promised in writing to me. A final walk thru was not done, we waited 45 minutes, then was told in writing to leave the key in the mail box. This business is totally unprofessional . I do NOT recommend this event hall. AKA = Kreative_Kustom_Events 😡 PER BBB = "Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file."..
