Paid in full but the job was never completed
I hired Ward tree services on July 1st to cut a tree on my property, remove a dead fence, and grind down multiple stumps. I’m a new home owner and paid for the job in full up front. The tree was cut down in a timely manner, and the dead fence was only partially torn down. Matt communicated with us that he was having equipment problems with his stump grinder but that it should be fixed or he would have a friend come out with a working stump grinder to finish the job. This statement echoed every week but the job is still not complete. I’ll be requesting refund for the unfinished portion of the job, but I doubt I’ll ever see it. I’ve learned a valuable lesson about paying in full before the job is complete and won’t be making that mistake again!
