PURE scammer business.

First guy left his tools and the outside unit open all night with meter so hooked up. Guys came out to replace a coil the next day (<5yr old unit I got from them and charged $1500 for what the warranty didn't cover) and showed up 3 hours past the time we were given. These people are trash. 5 hours later they slapped it back together carelessly and left at 10:15pm. By 9am the unit stopped working again because of the way they put it back together. Saving grace was their tech Eric who took pride in his work, cleaned up their mess, and got everything fixed up properly. They still need to replace a hanger bar they stripped and bent (we'll see if that ever happens) but at least it's running again.
