They overcharged by 25% the proposal, and they put my timing belts on wrong, blamed me.
The mechanic did not put my engines in TDC-1 before removing the timing belts, then put new belts on and moved both cams on both engines into incorrect positions so the engines would not start, he then told me it was my fault because we changed fuel filters and I didn’t have enough fuel to prime the system which was not true but I believed him. The owner said it was nothing they could have done to cause the engines not to start and refused to come back out for 2-3 weeks. NOT only this but they charged me an extra $600 which I had to fight to remove, he threatened to call the cops if we didn’t pay because the owner is stupid and doesn’t realize this is a civil matter and its not a criminals theft, I believe he uses this tactic to scare people, as he told me, “if you don’t pay the end of the day, i’m sending the police to your house”, which is legally not correct, so he either lied or is stupid. There are other reviews of people being overcharged and I bet this is how he scares them into paying.
