We bought a brand new water heater from these guys and they put it in. When they did the water did not stay hot. And hyram came back 3 times that week to see why. In 5 minute shower the water would be freezing cold. I called another company that assessed everything and it turns out they burnt out the heating unit at the bottom by running it with no water inside “dry fire at inspection”. I used the new company to get a new water heater and it works amazing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner doesn’t care and the tech is clueless. They wouldn’t even offer me a refund for breaking the water heater. Just told me to call the manufacturer. It was 3 days old! We have young kids and I couldn’t give them a bath because of the incompetence of this company. Go to redcap plumbing. They are professional and know what they are doing and won’t scam you! I attached pictures and the assessment below and proof we had them install a few days before which they tried to deny. Shady company! DO NOT USE!
