Won't answer calls for issues once payment is made.
We had Kristjan at Broadway Custom Painting LLC paint our house exterior in 2021. When he tried to start painting without a proper pressure washing because “his machine was broken” I should have found a new contractor. Many issues later and we have a house with bubbling paint that holds water after it rains. Kristjan kept promising to come correct it, but something always came up. He must have had over a dozen “emergencies” that prevented him from coming. The last time I talked to him, he was in the hospital from a car accident and told me he was likely going to die. He stopped responding to calls after that, yet his business is still active in 2024. Avoid at all costs. Kristjan is a good talker, but does not deliver on any promises.
