Vinyasa Flow:While linking breath with movement, this class focuses on balancing the entire individual by challenging strength, stamina, flexibility, and mental focus. Experiencing challenges, pushing ourselves in a mindful way, while maintaining joy and being present in the journey is our goal. Striving for a full arc within each vinyasa class, our aim is to leave with fulfillment of movement, and a clearer, more peaceful mind.All levels of practice are welcome!
