Lady Firecracker Fitness
Each week combines 2 of the 4 styles below:
1. “Walk And Tone” A mixture of walking in place and HITT or Cardio exercises in between. Good cardio and tones the whole body. Good for all levels and can be modified.
2. “Zumba”
3. “Lady Firecracker’s Signature Dance Workout” A fun upbeat mixture of exercise plus various dance moves with an African/Latin, Urban, or down south(Atlanta) vibe.
4. “Toned Abs, Sexy Legs, & Glutes with Lady Firecracker” Various Exercises for toning body and strengthening the core such as lunges, squats, planks, and mat exercise.
